Floor plan builder
Set each hall's size in feet, then drag stalls into place or add a whole row at once. Mark entrances, stages, food courts and pillars. Price each stall or price a block by the square foot.
Online stall requests
Exhibitors pick free stalls on your map and send a request. The stall is held for the hours you choose, so two exhibitors can never book the same spot.
Payments you confirm
Exhibitors pay you directly by UPI, bank transfer, cheque or cash. You record each payment and the system works out whether it's an advance, part payment or the final balance, keeps a log, and issues a receipt.
Expenses and expo-wise P&L
Book venue rent, canopy and shamiana hire, staff salary, marketing and the rest against each expo. See revenue, costs, margin, what's collected and what's still due.
Pricing
Listing is free. BookMyStall charges a small commission — currently 1% — on stall payments you confirm, calculated on the stall value excluding GST. You settle commission with us monthly; your dashboard shows exactly what's due and why.
