Bookings

A stall request holds the selected stalls for the period set by the organizer. The booking is confirmed when the organizer confirms it or records your payment. Each expo's own booking terms, shown on the expo page, apply to your booking.

Payments

Stall payments are made directly to the organizer. BookMyStall does not collect or hold exhibitor money. Refunds and cancellations are handled by the organizer under the expo's terms.

Organizers

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and floor plans, and for honouring confirmed bookings. A platform commission applies to stall payments as agreed at registration.
